Hair Tonic Formula with GHK Copper Peptide Powder

1-ounce rose hydrosol
1-ounce witch hazel
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon of Blue GHK
10-15 drops of Essential Oils - if desired (we recommend rosemary, lavender, peppermint, and chamomile)

Add the hydrosol, witch hazel, and apple cider vinegar to a glass vessel. Next, add the powders and let the powder dissolve for 5 to 10 minutes. Next, add the essential oils if desired. Mix. Pour into a spray bottle using a funnel, then lid. Shake well before each use.
